Oh god! Cannibalization really happened! 600 Starbucks will be closed down! Reason? Coz of those newly opened branches! The new shops had cannibalized the net profits! Econ is slowing down and ppl have cut their expenses. Expansion strategy is not suitable at the moment and new shops wont help to increase revenue in this saturated market!
