Aid?

Leaders all over the world are promoting the idea of 'continue giving aid to the poor'. Yes definitely dollars should be given out for helping yet few ppl care of the distribution channels proposed in aid allocations. Undeniable big portions of funds have gone into the militia or tyrant's pocket without mercy. If you walk along the street of any Africa city, you will see the gap between the poor and rich! I find this both sadling and disturbing! Situation in those regions have never been improved since last decades, even more billions of dollars being pumped in. Worst, cultures in those poor nations ruined by the idea of 'you should give, keep your promise!'. It is annoying! Sorry to say, poor is not a good reason for you to grab! Because of the greedy mindset implanted since long ago, you have forgotten your own duty to earn your life! We should only give a hand to those families in need, based on a reformed aid giving policy!
